Seven places a business leaks money. We read all seven
Not the marketing on its own. Advertising, promotions, pricing, range, channels, sales and the client base, read together – because the leak is usually in the one nobody was looking at.
Every line above is a finding from the sample report on this page.
Five steps. No calls required
You fill out a short questionnaire about your business.
We research your business and build the report.
You receive a written report plus an action plan.
Ask questions by email during your support window.
You implement. We oversee, strengthen, and uncover new opportunities.
When the plan calls for a new site, a booking flow or a Google presence, Clariva Studio builds it from the same strategy →
See a real Growth Audit
A chiropractic & wellness clinic on Vancouver Island, BC – an anonymized demonstration case. We segmented 843 clients by lifetime value, priced every entry point over 3 years, and found the clinic's most valuable client walking in through its least-used door – with the revenue math attached, stated on contribution margin.
Source: Clariva segmentation of 843 anonymized client records over 12 months – 4,028 visits – modelled to a 3-year horizon. Figures rescaled to protect confidentiality; ratios preserved.
The clinic's most valuable door – a prenatal client worth $2,245 over 3 years – was the one only 20% of the maternal cluster used. The most common, infant care at 52%, returned $862. The clinic was not short of clients; it was admitting them through the wrong door.
Or download the case as a 2-page PDF, or see what each step delivers. Looking for the other practice? See the business-plan & financial-model case →
Every finding comes with a number and a decision
Three rows from the decision table of the sample report. This is the unit the Audit is priced in: gross profit a month, per leak, with what to do about it.
From the illustrative coffee-shop audit in the sample report below – six leaks in total, bridged to a realistic steady-state target after overlap between them is taken out. The business, its competitors and every figure are illustrative; the method is the one you receive.

The whole audit, on an illustrative coffee shop
All nine sections, 23 pages, in the exact format a client receives. The diagnosis is open; the decision tables are masked, because those are what you are buying.
Free, no email required. A demonstration document – the business, its competitors and all figures are illustrative.
One question, taken apart on your own numbers
The small report. You bring one question; within 7 days you get the arithmetic behind it, a verdict and the next step. Three of the questions it is built for:
Several questions at once, and unsure which comes first? That is the Growth Audit.
The point of the audit is to find them in your own data – before you spend another marketing dollar.
Strategy built by the person who presents it to you
I'm a marketing strategist with over 12 years of experience, helping companies – from local businesses to global brands like Microsoft – build predictable growth systems.
I'm an entrepreneur myself, so I know you don't have time for fifty pages of theory. You need to know exactly what is broken and what to do next. Every report ends in an action plan you can defend.
“Clear strategy. Real priorities. Marketing you can trust.”
What happens once the report lands
Seven days of Q&A on the Audit, three on the Snapshot – by email, and a review call on the Audit if you want one. Anything unclear in the report gets explained before you act on it.
Your team runs the 90-day plan; we read the numbers against its targets every month, catch the drift and bring the next opportunity. Month to month, Audit clients only.
A new site, a booking flow, a Google presence – built from the same positioning and roadmap, by the same firm, with no re-briefing in between.
Presence Bundle – Growth Audit + Site Build / Rebuild, CA$5,880 instead of CA$6,880. One intake, one firm, no re-briefing between the strategy and the site that carries it.

Can I buy this if I’m not in British Columbia or Canada?
Yes. Everything happens by email on your own numbers, so where you are does not change the work. Reports are written in English and priced in Canadian dollars.
What if I’m not satisfied with the report?
Say so within 14 days of delivery and we refund the fee in full – the deposit included, no reasons required. That refund is available once per client. On the Audit you can also stop earlier: after week one, with your client data segmented, either of us can call it off and the balance is never invoiced.
Is this suitable for small businesses?
It is built for them. The case on this page is a clinic with 843 clients; the sample report is a coffee shop doing $64k a month. A raw export from your booking system, POS or spreadsheets is enough – we clean the data ourselves.
Does this make sense if I already have a marketing team?
Yes. The report is the decision layer your team executes: which customers to go after, with which message, in which channel, and what that is worth. Growth Advisory adds CMO-level oversight of that execution without hiring a full-time CMO.
How is this different from an agency?
Agencies sell execution: ads, posts, websites. We sell the decision that should come first, with the math attached, and briefs any contractor can execute. The clearest answer is the document itself – read the sample report and compare it with an agency proposal.
Who sees my numbers?
Only us, and only for your engagement. We sign your NDA if you have one. Your figures are never published: the case on this page is anonymised and rescaled, so the method and the ratios are real but the absolute numbers are not the client’s own.
Order your report
You get a written reply within one business day confirming scope, price and start date. Nothing is invoiced until you have agreed to all three.
Then a short questionnaire and an export of your numbers – a booking system, POS, CRM or spreadsheets, whatever you already use. We clean the data ourselves.
