Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 6, 2026

Clariva ("we", "us") is a consulting service — business planning, financial modeling and marketing strategy — operated from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how we handle it. We follow the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

1. What we collect

2. How we use it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.

3. Your business data is confidential

The financial details you share for an engagement are treated as confidential. We use them only to produce your deliverables. We do not reference identifiable client information in our marketing without your written permission — our public case studies are anonymized or based on demonstration cases.

4. Storage and retention

Working files are stored on secured, access-controlled systems. We keep engagement files for as long as reasonably needed to support you (including revision rounds and follow-up questions), and delete them on request — see below.

5. Your rights

You may ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw consent to further contact. Email info@clarivagroups.ca and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Third-party services

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may use a privacy-focused analytics service. Payments, if processed online, are handled by the payment provider — we never see or store full card details. These providers have their own privacy policies.

7. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated by email.
